Mirador - The Best Views in the Vail Valley by Harry Lunt - 07/24/2008
In one word..."WOW".

The restaurant is inside The Lodge & Spa At Cordillera, in Edwards, CO.
The restaurant, and lodge for that matter are open to the general public, and thus well worth the 7 minute drive up the hill from the town of Edwards.

I've eaten at most of the "hot" spots in the greater Vail area, and have to admit that the views are the best in town at the Mirador Restaurant.

The Lodge has a cool outdoor terrace where you can dine on the all day menu, and they just added a couple of flat screen tv's in the bar and lounge area.

If you have any type of special event, i.e. - you are in the dog house...just kidding, I'd head up to Mirador, or for more casual fun, I have eaten at The Grouse On The Green, and that place is awesome as well. It is just a couple of 100 steps from the front door of The Lodge & Spa At Cordillera.
