This place sucked so bad. My friend and I went in had an appointment and still had wait half an hour. Also when it came to get our nails done she put a solution that burnt my skin really bad. My nails are bumpy and uneven. My friends paint jobs is disgusting. Never going back again!!!

I went to this location twice. The first time I received ok service. However I wanted Gel nails and she used acrylic....when I questioned it I was told it was a NEW gel product that was better. I had some lumps and bumps on my nails that I had to file off but all in all it was an ok job. When I went back for a fill 4 weeks later I was told I was not allowed to change the glitter color for at least two more weeks...I said I will pay extra to have it changed now and she said no. So once again I questioned the use of powder and liquid she was using and saying it was gel. She completed my fill in less than 15 mins and they looked like crap....even more bumps and lumps than the first time....when I showed them to her she told me that I was hitting my nails as I was putting them under the UV light to cur the gel top coat and to stop doing it. That wasn't the case. I believe the top coat was so old that it would bubble no matter what. My nails looked like crap, you can see the fill line and they started lifting the next morning. I would give this location a ZERO star as well if I could and would tell you not to waste the time (15 mins for a full fill) and go somewhere where what YOU want as the customer will be taken seriously and not dismissed as to what THEY want to do.

My nephew was getting married on Monday at Lake Tahoe so we made appointments for 5 of us to get pedicures and manicures on Saturday. I paid extra to have a french manicure and pedicure so did both of my sisters. The paint on my nails started to peal and chip the very next day. By the day of the wedding, 2 days later, my nails looked horrible. All of the them were chipped and disgusting. My sister, the mother of the groom, had to have her nails redone on Sunday. Her nails bubbled up, pealed and chipped off by Sunday morning. My mom's nails didn't peal but the lady who painted her nails painted as much of her cuticles as her nails. She removed her polish when she go home because it was so horrible. My niece, the sister of the groom, had her nails redone on Sunday. Four out the the five of us removed our polish after one or two days and had them redone. My other sister's polish stayed on but was not happy with the french manicure.



I went to Miracle Nails today and was told if they polish your fingernails the polish will chip the next day. Your toe polish will not chip but your nail polish will chip. This is a bunch of BULL. I have polished my nails myself and the polish will last at least a week.



DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY USE OLD POLISH THAT CHIPS OFF THE NEXT DAY...I PAID $40 FOR A PEDICURE BECAUSE THE MANICURE WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.



I would give them ZERO Stars if I could. This is the worst place I have ever had my nails done at.
