Contacted by my insurance company after a tornado. Both upstairs showers had damage. Every contractor I talked to suggested replacing the showers. My insurance company wanted to keep the repair as cheap as possible; they chose Miracle Method. He even told me, "If it were me, I would make the insurance company pay up and replace the showers." That's a great way to sell your own product.He refuses to let me see a copy of the estimate he did for my own home. He seems to be saying different things to the insurance company from what he says to me ï¿½ ie: told me his repair will not be the same quality as the original product. Finally he says he doesn't want to be involved at all now "because he is getting pulled in to the middle." Maybe saying the same thing to all parties involved would help.Bottom line: Brian left me with the impression of a "fly by night" and very "seedy" operation. I would never hire him, and am fighting to refuse to have him work in my home.
