Dr Gillette holds a position on the Montana Family Health Advisory Council in which she oversees administration of health promotion programs such as WIC, Head Start and the Maternal and Child Health Bureau.

As a board member of the Montana Dental Association, Dr. Gillette is developer and director of a statewide early childhood oral health enhancement program Access to Baby and Child Dentistry (AbCd) Montana.

With a passion for advancing scientific research, Dr. Jane Gillette lectures nationally on topics related to research translation, clinical decision support and evidence-based dentistry

Dr. Gillette is an editor for The Journal of Evidence-based Dental Practice.
