The Mining Camp Restaurant is a restaurant located at the base of the Superstition Mountains in Apache Junction since 1961.

Mining Camp serves an all you can eat family style dinner right to your table. Just off the world famous Apache Trail, the restaurant's unique exterior is made up of roughly sawn ponderosa pine hauled from Payson, Az. Mining Camp Restaurant still follows the theme of the early mining camp cook shanty with amazing authenticity and good food in plentiful quantities!

Choose from our world famous barbecue ribs to oven baked ham, golden brown roast chicken or a choice char broiled steak. Along with big bowls of family style served coleslaw, oven-hot baked beans, sourdough rolls and homemade raisin bread baked fresh daily. There is coffee in large pots on a help yourself basis and what better way to complete your meal then with Mining Camp prospector cookies. No matter what your heart's desire, you will experience the ambiance that is Mining Camp Restaurant!
