Min H. So's position as a Felony Attorney in Circuit Court, Intake Division, and Domestic Violence Division. Min H. So's last position at the State Attorney's Office was a Career Criminal Lead Attorney. After leaving the State Attorney's Office, Min H. So was an attorney at Law Offices of Steven Fahlgren for one year, and opened up his own practice at Min H. So Law Firm, P.A. on March 1, 2004.

Min H. So's educational background is graduate of University of Florida College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree, and University of Florida College of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Min H. So grew up in Altamonte Springs and graduated from Lake Brantley High School.
