I got first class service for my money. Had a 25-year-old furnace serviced for a bad valve and the technician worked wonders with it. It makes a lot of difference when you have experienced knowledgeable people working for you, they are efficient, trustworthy, and honest. Will call them again for my air conditioning unit in the summer. Thanks Mark!

They came out and fixed my ac unit. While they were out here they fixed my refrigerator as well. Much less cost than we expected and really nice people to do business withThank you for your great serviceDevin

Mike's Bremen came out to do our annual furnace and AC check. The technician helped us on an issue we have been having for about 10 years now by making us a place to hold our filter in our attic furnace. Then the technician fixed my frige for next to nothing by finding out the problem was not that bad and fixing it on the spot. We apprecioate the honest and great serviceThank you

I am a new home owner and was looking into replacing the old a/c unit and furnace. I got five estimates and one of them was from Mike C. (the business president) I can say in all honesty Mike was the only person I believed cared about what I wanted and my satisfaction. The four other companies I had come out spent the majority of the time bad mouthing their competitors. No one likes their competitors, that is to be expected; however Mike was very honest with me. He did not want to install units that were to big for my home ( which other companies did), he gave me a realistic and very reasonable estimate without me having to embarace myself by bartering. In addition, Mike Bremen services does not use subcontractors to do their installs. They have employees whom are fired full time and have the training as well as having YEARS of experience. If you know about furnaces or have ever done some research you know that it does not matter what brand furnace you buy if the install is poor. Bremen Services is the company I believe would do honest work. All in all, when Mike left I called my husband and said, "We finally found someone we can TRUST!"

Our air conditioning went out and Mike's Bremen came out quick and fixed it in no time. They fixed my unit and even helped program my thermostat. Very nice people and prices are good also.
Very Bad Service

Very bad service, rude technicians not experienced and knowledgeable enough to make a one-time repair. What started as simple yearly check up cost $$$$ for emergency repairs. After dismantling for inspection my heater sounds like a washing machine and Mike now feels someone else can better serve me.

I have been using MIke's Bremen for about 20 years now. They service my family as well and we have never had a problem with them. They have always given us the best price, came and fixed whatever needed to be repaired in a timley manner, and were curteous and friendly. Last week they replaced the belt in my washer and the total was $130 (just like the comment below). I simply asked mike to break down the charges for me and he sat down with me and explained that it was $30 for the belt, and that the remainder was made up labor, and gas expenses. I'm also self-employed, and I know this company is as well, so i tend to be sympathetic to the fact that labor is how they make their living.

I chose this company cause they are a member of the BBB and thier ratings were really good. I had an issue with my furnace that another heating company told me it would be a $750 repair. I wanted a second opinion since my furnace was not that old.Mike Bremen heating came out and showed me exactly what was causing the problem and fixed it for less than $300. They were on time, polite and personable. I will use this company again. They also are out of Tinley Park which is nice to know they are local.
too high of a service charge

Charges are apparently too expensive. I had a belt replaced on a washing machine. The belt probably cost $15-25 but their total bill was $130.00. That was one heck of a service call charge.
