Excellent work by DKM - 08/05/2009
I used them to re-run a gas line for me a few years ago and was impressed with the work performed so I went back to them when service was recommended by a different plumber. Not only did they give me a price quote over the phone which was way less then the competitor, they were able to fit me in the next day. The plumber tested the water pressure and discovered that the other plumber had lied about the high water pressure and that there was no problem with the pressure regulator valve. They saved me from paying $500 to perform unnecessary workand they didn't even charge me a fee for the service call.

I had a blocked main sewer line. Entire staff was courteous (though it seemed forced at times). They gave an up-front price over the phone to clear it. Their attempts failed to correct the problem, and they then offered and completed a pressurized cleaning of the main line, at added cost (although this new procedure was discounted). During this procedure they repeatedly rammed their heavy gauge hose into the obstruction, which apparently cleared. They offered to re-seat an uprooted toilet, but left me with a basement heavily flooded because of their procedure, as well as "mud" all over my upstairs where they had come and gone. Thankfully not carpet!!The next backup, 32 days later, was not covered by their "guaranteed" service warranty (which is apparently limited to 30days, though they don't state this anywhere online or in their ads), nor was the replacement of my main sewer line which was apparently shattered by their company.Overall: Great.. unless your problem is serious.
