Provided by YP.comI left my job (repair of a small tear in a vinyl hose) with Ron & Lolette, telling them that I would need it in 2.5 weeks; they indicated this was acceptable. After 2.5 weeks I called to inquire about picking up my job, but they indicated it wasn't ready. It took an entire week and a series of calls for me to get my item back. Poor service.
