Set an first appointment refered by my PCP. Called the day before the appointment to clarify the time of the appointment at 11:30. I recieved a call at 11:25 with the staff asking where I was. They claimed my appointment was at 11. Denyed ever telling me 11:30 (twice!!). Argued with me on the phone and was generaly just extrodinarily rude. Despite my constant pain, I would not become a patient their if they were the last pain clinic in town.
