We have used MJS a few times for cleaning and waxing our floors. Each time the floors were suppose to receive 4 coats of wax and we were told it would last 6 months. Withing 2 weeks time the floors were back to looking dull and like they were never waxed! When asked about this, the representative said it's from wear and tear! After 2 weeks!! I don't think so.. They promised to make this right and redo the floors, but then the rep never showed up and didn't return calls. If you use this company be sure to check in to see if they are watering down their wax or just putting a thin coat on. We didn't get what we paid for and will not use there service again....
