18yr consumer...
I have been with the C.U. since I was about 5 or 6 years old with the same bank account plus many others added and P.I.F.
Still this instatution cannot figure out how to make a savings account that dose not not let you make more then 10 account movements and freezing the account; not charging for transactions but completely freeze the account and all funds and any automatic withdrawals
This company is falling further and further backwards in the customer service and options provided. Expample - no contact or assistance during any time from Friday from 430pm till Monday at 830am, or like this week a holiday is Monday so the bank will not open or process anything till tuTuesd at 830am when they finalyfhave the employees to open the branch.
I've watched this brack go from greatness to almost failure 😔

8/15/18: update. It's gotten worse. Now they are dispersing funds from my account erroneously to some payee that I don't know and I've asked for my refund and was guarantee my refund in 24 hours because of the Credit Union's mistake but when I get there to sign the document for my refund, now I have to wait a month to two months for my refund because of the credit union. Instead of the credit union eating their mistake advancing me the funds from their corporate account and them eating it and waiting for the refund to pay back their corporate account. As well as the customer service reps do not mind to send you emails with Miss spelling of your name to make fun of you. Amazing customer service especially when you're last. As you're explaining your cancer a bank that can handle your funds.

I hate to say it bye bye 👋 credit union which has no care for their consumers.
Here I come Wells Fargo! Yea - Midlad is this bad at managing funds.
Please I eurge you, don't waste your time or loose yor hard earned money because Midland cannot control their systems, employees, pr funds they are entrusted to watch over and keep safely in yor accounts.
