I had been seeing Dawn Loraas for a number of years. She had always been very nice and personable. I had been started on birth control pills from my previous provider years before for complaints of painful, irregular periods and that provider had written a letter to my insurance company stating why I was on birth control pills so they would be covered.Several years later, I had switched insurance companies and needed to request a new letter. I had called the office several times and left several messages. Finally, one of Dawn's nurses called me back and I had told her my request and was told it would be taken care of. About a month later, I had called my insurance to see if they had received the letter so I could be reimbursed for my previous prescription. They said they had received a letter, but it did not state a valid reason to be on birth control. I had called the office and left several messages, but no one ever got back to me. I went in to actually physically speak to someone.
