I have been taking my Bichon Lilly to Michelle's groomed by April. April has groomed Lilly for sometime now and I love how she and everyone else there are so caring and the love they show for all the dogs.

Wow what a great experience! I first took our two Standard poodles in to use the self service wash the employees were beyond helpful. Little did I know I soon was changing groomers. The price can't be beat and they are so good to the boys. Reminder calls of appts. and courtesy calls when dogs will be done and ready for pickup its like a fine orchestra. The boys are styling a new do and looking' good in the neighborhood. You won't be disappointed.

My dog was 14 years old with health issues Ã¢ÂÂ she needed to be bathed once a week. For approximately 9 months I took Honey in every Saturday for her bath. The staff is wonderful and loves dogs. I was there every Saturday and never experience the staff being upset with any dog that was being groomed. This is a grooming salon where everyone really loves dogs. Honey never was anxious to go, she knew the routine and walked right. It is hard to put in words how grateful I am for the wonderful care they gave Honey!

I take my boxer/lab Patron in every 3 weeks to keep up on his nails. The employees are always so nice and welcoming when we come in. They even clean his ears and give him a rad bandana for just 5 $! I wouldn't go where else!

I brought my schnauzer here a few days ago, and I was very impressed! The employees were all very kind and professional, and they made sure to go through everything with me before the groom. When I got him back I was very pleased. He was pretty rough before he came in, but he looked perfect upon return! Highly recommended!

I was referred by my neighbor to Michele's Pet Spa. I called to make an appointment, had to wait a few days because they are booked. When I did take my wife's poodle in, I told them to make it look nice as it was to be a surprise. I came to pick up the dog when they called, didn't even recognize it! They had a fancy name for the way it was cut, looked like it had boots on. Wow! what a transformation for just $40. My wife loves it!! Thank you for a beutiful groom! Ken
Bad Haircuts, Rude Service, Unprofessional.

The owner was very rude and extremely unprofessional.I asked for a puppy cut and what I got in return was a hack job.I guess their grooming service is cheap for a reason. But for a small dog, $40 isn't even that good of a price. I would highly recommend somewhere else. It's not worth the hassle. Pay an extra $10 and get the job done right the first time, and every time.
It's too bad I have to select even one star. Beyond belief!

My husband dropped my dog Dexter and my daughter's Dog Pip off at Michele's Pet Spa. They were not ready at the agreed upon pickup time of 4 to 4:30pm. When my husband spoke to the shop at around 4pm the person he spoke to said they would call when Pip and Dexter were ready. When we had not received a call by around 6pm, he discovered his cell phone was dead. My son called and left a message explaining the situation and my daughter and I went directly to the shop. No one was there. I knocked at the door and no one answered. I returned home. In the meantime, Kelli Parks called back. My son answered the phone and she literally screamed at him. When my husband got on the phone, she continued her rant and my husband asked her to stop yelling at him. She continued to do so, and while yelling at him she asked, "Do you know what happens to dogs that get left behind?" Her manner was very menacing. He ended the call and immediately went to her shop. She was not there. Kelli had previously texted my husband, informing him that the dogs were ready. My daughter and son-in-law are the owners of Pip. I own Dexter. My son-in-law repeatedly called both the business phone number and the cell phone number from which Kelli texted my husband. I called, my husband called, and my daughter called as well. She did not answer. I found the address for her boarding service online, which was located at a separate location from her grooming business and went there to try to get the dogs back. She was inside, but refused to answer the door. My husband texted her and stated that we were outside the boarding location and wanted to pick up the dogs. She did not answer. In fear for my dogs safety, he texted her and told her he would call the police if she did not release the dogs to us. She called my cell phone and ranted at me, at one point, screaming, "F*%# you, b@#!h!" When the police arrived, they interviewed Ms. Parks and checked on the well-being of the animals. The police asked Ms. Parks if she would exchange the dogs for all fees due (grooming and a "boarding" fee for the tardiness). Ms. Parks refused. The police instructed us to call them back in the morning for an escort to retrieve our dogs at the grooming location. We did so as soon as the business opened at 8am. Even at this point, with the police in tow, Ms. Parks refused to release the dogs to us until the arbitrary appointment time she mandated via another text (9am) came. The police officer told her, "Ma'am, you can't keep their dogs." At this point, she allowed the exchange of fees for the two dogs, a puppy Yorkshire terrier and an elderly toy poodle. What she did was inexcusable. Not only was she extremely unprofessional, she took her anger out on our beloved pets by not allowing them to be picked up even though it was completely reasonable to do so.
Wonderful Salon and Grooming

Just went to the salon today with my dog and was very impressed! The shop was very clean and the employees were very kind. It's obvious they're going through some remodeling, but I'm very impressed with the direction they're going! Everyone was courteous and treated my dog special. She was out within a couple of hours and looked fabulous! The dogs that were on the tables seemed very relaxed and comfortable. The price is great, only $39.59! I will be returning, don't pay attention to the bad review. These girls know what they're doing and I'll be going here for all of my dogs!
