They don't always have what I need, and there a little pricey. It's always hard for me to find a worker that can help me as well. I prefer Hobby Lobby.

My favorite store . Great sales and good customer service . Everything I need to make a painting. :)

Unfortunately, I love this store!! I could spend hours walking the shelves and be completely happy about it. They have cake decorating classes( and other classes as well).

Great place for supplies for any hobby that you are into. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They always have great classes for the kids.

If you love doing crafts then this is the place to go. They have everything you could possibly need.

I always go to Michaels for my arts and crafts projects. I always find what I need. I'm always making things for baby showers or bridal showers. This is my go to place. I find what I need and in the colors that I need. They have a great selection of ribbons, bows, favor containers and even games. Great place for any shower or party ideas.

There are few if any staff available to help you locate what you need, the ones I found were very impatient.

This location is a bit rough. The store is seldom clean and it seems that it's understaffed, as lines tend to be long.

Since I live in Roseville, I usually shop for craft items at the Michaels there. However, when the Roseville store is out of what I need, I can almost always find what I need at the Citrus Heights store. Since the stores do not always carry identical merchandise, I also enjoy shopping here to see the differences. Parking is very adequate, and the store personnel are always helpful. It goes without saying, that Michaels prices are very competitive, and their sales and coupons are wonderful.

Michael's is usually quite busy, but the last visit we had to wait in a rather long line. They only had three registers open and a few other employees on the floor. don't go if you are in a hurry

I do love the logical layout of Michael's stores. Always easy to locate items for crafting projects. The only downfall, which is a big one when it comes to good costumer service-the line is always long and moves slow due to the lack of cashiers. If I am in a hurry I sometimes choose Target for my purchase instead. (In same shopping center)

all Michael's stores REEK of potpourri - the heavy aroma hits you like a wall the moment you enter the store. I have inquired whether management would consider sequestering the potpourri so that we allergy sufferers are spared - their response was "we like the smell - if the store didn't have it, we'd have to spray it in the air so you would get the proper ambience when you come here". I will never shop at Michael's again, since there is so little regard for health and comfort of the customers. Too bad, because everything else about the store is OK.

Marvelous store with everything you want. Discounts in the paper. 4-6 checkout areas. Friendly clerks.
