I had a great and safe taxi ride from Old Metairie to MSY the other morning. The taxi arrived a little early but he assured me that there was no rush. His taxi was clean and he drove safely to the destination. I was hesitant to order a taxi from most services because of their reviews online but Metry was great. I also figured an early morning weekend might be unreliable. They even had visible cleaning supplies and a plastic barrier between the driver and passengers. I would recommend them to anyone and will use their car service again.

We arrived in town for the Jazz festival weekend and were delighted with the service we received. Definitely will use them again.

Wellington the driver , cab 7 is top notch. Very professional. He is a model employee. Promote him asap. He sets the standard for all cab drivers.

After waiting for a cab from another company for over 2 hours and getting hung up on twice by that company, I decided to give Metry Cab a shot. The driver was at my hotel in Metairie in less than 15 minutes and drove us to a restaurant in New Orleans in a timely and safe manner. Our driver was very nice and understood we were a bit frustrated.

My wife and I used this cab service while vacationing in the NOLA area. I liked that the cab accepted credit cards. Made sure the dispatcher new this when I called. After calling and placing a cab request, we never waited longer than 15 minutes. Generally the wait was about 7 minutes. Often times though, it took me longer to get through to dispatch since the lines were so busy.

I will definitely use them again when we return!

It was a very clean and on time taxi . I called the taxi and the dispatcher was very friendly . Cab that came was on time . Very polite driver to my surprise I was offered a candy and water it is the most and best service in town keep it up and thanks Jason

Very rude people, does not listen to the needs of the customer, I would never recommend these people to anyone!

In town for the HIMSS convention with a couple colleagues. We were staying in Kenner at the Doubletree Hotel and the taxi they got for us was horrible. We decided to get one on our own and we were glad we did. Metry Cab provided us with reliable service with our needs in getting around the area.

So my car broke down on me with this horrible weather and I needed to use a taxi to get me home. I called and was told there would be a wait due to the weather conditions which was totally understandable. After about 30 min the taxi showed up. Everything at that point was good. I finally made it home. thank you Metry Cab.

We stayed in Metairie (Sheraton) for 7 days on our vacation. We used 2 cab companies during our stay. One was provided by staff and is the one that we will never use again and the other is this one that we found on our own. We had on time and good service with them. The driver was a friendly older guy who showed us a good time and kept us entertained. Thank you, from Linda, Angie and Mike!

We were in town for the Superbowl and Mardi Gras so we scheduled our transportation with Metry Cab. We have no complaints and will use them and recommend them to others.

Metry Cab saved us with a reliable source of transportation for our Black Friday Holiday Shopping adventure after our van ran hot. We had a great driver, and a clean vehicle. We will be using them again.

Had to get downtown for a weekend business lunch. Since I plan on drinking I didn't want to drive. Called and cab showed up in about 10 to 15 minutes. I would rate the service I received as very good and will use them again.
