There seems to be a little confusion. I dealt with a

METROPOLITAN EXTERIORS

and the service couldn't have been better. I got a new roof, new gutters and had all of the trim wrapped. The roof was done excellently in 1 day. Gutters (6 in.) in a couple of hours. The trim took a few days. The work was first class. I had shopped around too, and the price was right there. Ask for Chris Randall - great customer communication.

Beware!! Don't do business with this so-called company. They charge too much and don't do the job properly. You will have to do the same repair pretty soon. If you are ever desperate and can find no one else to do the job, make sure to have a warranty clause in the contract ( there' s none in their contract, by the way)! The name of the person who I dealt with was ANTHONY BESCHE.

Yup. Don't do business with them. They are in the high rated books, but should not be. The guy who came to give the estimate was great. But when the workmen arrived they had the wrong materials for one job, and only had some of the materials for the second job, and they had totally misunderstood the work order in several different ways. For example, they were going to replace some rotting wood with more wood even though the work order called for replacing it with composite board. They were going to put a piece of plywood over the attic fan instead of replacing it with a new fan. So, they were set straight and were sent away. They promised to come back a couple days later and do the work correctly, and after waiting for them for 2 hours I cancelled the contract. How they got a high rating from the county is beyond me.

Several years ago, I had Metropolitan Siding and Windows replace my roof. Last year, my roof began leaking. I called and requested Metropolitan send someone out to see why it was now leaking. No one came out nor contacted me. I called back several times to no avail. I even spoke with a 'manager', still no word from this company. They do not stand behind their work, nor seem to care once they have their money. Who knows, mayber there an unrelated problem, and this could have meant additional work. Seems strange to me that they did not want to know........ My recommendation is to stay away from this company.
