OUTSTANDING BUSINESS

You do NOT have to search any further. I have been pricing appliances for months, I went to Lowes, Sears, Wiseman, and many more the ONLY place to buy is at Metropolitan. Their sales people are low key and will find the best deal for you and excellent knowledge of product. We got the best price out of all the stores we looked at. Then there is their service. You MUST ask for Jorge! Oh my goodness. we had a difficult dishwasher to remove and he was there for hours and he takes PRIDE in his work, the man should be paid millions. I can't say enough positive things about the company, sales people, and service, high quality in every aspect. LOVE METROPOLITIAN APPLIANCES!

With Metropolitan Appliance you'll have a positive, low pressure, knowledgable experience! I purchased six major household appliances after selecting the makes and models I wanted using Consumer Reports. While recovering from surgery, I made an email request for quote right from their website and received a response within two hours! After several email exchanges about variaous models and features, we visited the showroom to finalize our selections.I had all NEW appliances delivered, installed, tested and functional ONE WEEK later. The delivery and install crew were as professional as the sales staff.I'm a true believer that bad press is easy to come by, but a business really EARNS the good press! Thank you M. A. I LOVE my updated appliances.

I have ben dealing with metropolitan apliance since 2002 and have always ben treated like family .I truly feel that my best interests are always top priority.Finding this to be true over and over again.
