Metroflex is not your typical gym. 24 hour or otherwise. The atmosphere there is like nothing in the area. Whether you are a beginner or a professional competitor or anywhere in between, when you walk in, everyone there knows you have the same goal, to improve yourself. The owners and all of the staff are a huge part of that atmosphere and they will great you every day as if you've known them all your life. I have heard many people say "it's intimidating" because of the advanced members. But I have yet to run into one that isn't more than willing to give pointers or encourage someone just beginning. The entire environment makes you WANT to come back daily to train because it is fun.



As far as the equipment, there is no comparison to anything in town. Weights, pulleys, power lifting equipment and even crossfit equipment. They have a wide range and multiples of virtually everything so even at a busy time there is never a lack of equipment. To top that off, not many places have dumbbells to 200 pounds!



If you are looking for a change or even your first gym, you NEED to give Metroflex a chance. If you are looking for trainers, they have several ready to help you in any way they can.



The real question is, why would you NOT check it out?
