Metro Property Management has been a lifesaver. They helped me prepare our property to be leased. They did an amazing job marketing our property which resulted in us finding a top notch tenant who has taken great care of the property. They handle all of the details for us. We are so fortunate to have come across Peter & the Metro Property Management Co.

Unprofessional, shaddy and the worst experience of my life in dealing with a property management company!



Threatening, never responds when something needs fixed, the worst ever!

Renter and Home owner Beware! My experience as a renter has been worst to say the least; it took over 2 weeks to get a returned call. Once communication was established every message I left it took at least 3 days to get a returned phone call. I'm a new single dad and my pending divorce has devastated my credit. I was very open and honest to Peter, I explained to him my situation and that I had perfect credit until my separation. I owned 3 homes and several cars that have been paid for that showed on my report. He stated he would work with me provided I gave him $30 and completed his application. I found another home he was offering as well; I never received anything on the other home. I met Peter at the home to find that he was lying about a smoker in the home where the master bedroom had a terrible tobacco odor. The Pet odor was even worse and stated he was working on this. I found Peter was arrogant if anything-not friendly at all. I clearly stated to him I didn't want to pay the $30 fee if credit would be an issue, he stated he was mainly looking for evictions and judgments. He ran my credit just for to him to joke and insult me on the phone-I stated to him I never lied to him about my situation and expected some professional courtesy. The next day he said my credit would not allow me to rent. This whole process took over 3 weeks! I found Peter to not only be unprofessional, but a dishonest businessman. Renter and Home owner Beware!
