After two tries, Never Again!

Deceptive sales! Beware. You may need 5 hours of service. They send 5 people all at once who stay for 1 hr total to equal 5 hrs. but they don't tell you till aft. The cleaning staff will spend the whole hr doing little or nothing in one small area, but you pay as if they were there for 5 hrs and still have plenty more to accomplish once they leave. RIP OFF!

This review is for another company. Merry Maids does not send five people to one house. Merry Maids sends a team of two people, unless otherwise requested. Before we enter the home we thoroughly explain to every customer how we charge offer to give a free in home estimate.
