Don't use them. They were fine in the beginning, however, when they let a really good worker go, things went down hill. We did try it, however, the floors had a dull sheen on it & had to be redone, which it was. The crew leader they sent out had an attitude. We told them on the phone that we wanted to cancel the service completely. They did not seem to understand this, saying that the next visit would cost a lot more due to the fact they'd have more work to do. When they came to do the house, I told the group we had canceled & then immediately called to tell the office, again, that we permanently canceled. They said they thought it was because of the gal they sent in place of the one we wanted (who was a very thorough, fast worker). This other gal & her crew were very slow. I would not have anyone from there again.
