Great resources, okay staff, corprate nightmare. by Chubachabres - 10/17/2009Meridian auto has a wide selection. It is quite common that you will find the part you are looking for. The staff is knowledgable and resourceful. However, make sure you speek EXTREMELY clear over the phone and repeat your wanted part OVER AND OVER AND OVER again before you leave your house or place of work. Out of the 15 times I have been there, 5 times were in vain due to staff error. I was told the part was there and when I showed-up, oooops, sorry, don't have it. Other than that along with a holier-than thou complex a few have, most are very willing to help and make right. Not to long ago Meridian Auto became corprate. All the bull came with it. Every thing you expect as a corprate pain in the butt is in effect. So, good luck!
