Same Story as other negative reviews. Ridiculous hidden fees: minimum discount fee, statement fee, regulatory fee and PCI compliance fees added up to $76.21. This doesn't include the 2.5% sales charge. Terrible company. They required me to pay $650 to cancel a three year contract that I never recall signing. I guess they made the print small enough.

I recently got merchant account solutions service i was told by sales rep that this service is totally free and they will charge

2.5% on each transaction i down load the app after

one month i recived invoice for $32.90 i

never used this service not even one transaction i call customer service i spoke to anthony carerra who was very rude and very unprofessional he told me you have to pay monthly fee $32.90 i say please cancle this service then he told me you sign three years contract if you cancle you have to pay $545.00 i was shocked i told him i didnt sign any contract he said when you were on phone with sales rep following instraction u sign a contract i said its a fraud i wont pay anything he say you have to pay otherwise we will send this bill to collection he said something very bad he was using very bad launguge, i told him i m gonna make complaine to the BBB and illinois state attorney office and i will take hi

m to court and i will,

this compony is totally fraud and scame please do not do business with Merchant account solutions this compony is fraud,

I called them and asked about their service. I was told that there is only $5.00 a month for monthly fee and the rest only when I have a transaction they charge a certain percentage.

after one month they charged me $35.00 for a monthly fee. when I called and I complained I was told sorry that is the contract that you online sign it. I said I did not see the contract and I accepted what your sales rep talked to me which was only $5.00 a month. Then I asked I want to cancel the account they said sorry the contract is for 3 years so you must pay $350 penalty to cancel that. I said if you record my conversation you would not find any place the your sales rep talked about 3 years contract. They said sorry again it does it matter still you have to pay.

To me this is a fraud and cheating people.

I am writing this complain for the awareness of other people who want to work with this bad company.

Finally a merchant services company that will explain their fees when asked. I'm happy with my rates and with this company.

i was a first time business owner and their reps explained the whole process to me, its been a few years now and they even helped develop more business. Overall great experience and recommend them for small and big businesses.

I have got to say this mobile card reader I received from Merchant Account Solutions has helped me out so much with my business. The initial setup of the account and equipment was so easy and fast. HIGHLY Recommended!!

I started my business back in 2010 was looking to process credit cards but i wasn't familiar with how it all works. I googled merchant service companies and found Merchant Account Solutions. When I called in they explained the different programs and pricing for my type of business and emailed me their online application which was easy to fill out because they walked me step by step. Once I was approved they sent the machine quickly and had a representative walk me through how to use the machine. Ive been with them for over a 2 year now and they have always helped me when I had questions about my account and how it works. I most definitely recommend this company for new and existing businesses.

I recently opened my 3rd business about 6 months ago. Merchant account solutions has been the best provider I have. Their rates are amazing, the prices are overly affordable, everyone is understanding and the customer support is awesome.



I highly recommend them for all types of businesses.
