Matt & Erik-Just wanted to send a note of sincere thanks for your above and beyond service in handling my needs with my wife's e320. Just prior to me heading out of the country for 2 weeks, the transmission went into limp mode while driving home from work. She was in a bit of panic, as was I. After taking it to an independent shop thinking it would be more economical. I was advised that it needed a new transmission. Not feeling comfortable or confident with that assessment, I called into your service department.Erik answered and was extremely flexible meeting my needs in a timely fashion. I was frustrated with having the possibility of a large repair, or even thought of buying a new car if the repair didn't make financial sense, on top of being in England for 2 weeks. Erik eased many of my concerns by simply being flexible and provided a calm, professional approach. I met Erik without an appointment to arrange the towing of the vehicle into the shop. I expressed my concern about communicating with him while being gone, with the time difference as well as the issue of technology. Erik downloaded an app on his iPhone which allowed us to talk and communicate while in England. He did it there while sitting at his desk. Simply professional.While away the diagnosis came in and the work was completed. I picked up the car yesterday, the day I came back home, with no interruption to my or my wife's schedule. The diagnosis did not include a new transmission, and saved me over half what the original assessment was.Too many times consumers and business tend to focus on when things go wrong, and rarely take the time to recognize when the experience goes right. Truly incredible job by Erik, and the staff in the service dept. Again, thank you.

Terrible customer service The new car manager chewed on his food while he was trying to close on us HARD...GROSS. we finally had to walk away...very intense!These employees here are Used Car Sales People. They tried to screw us on our trade in, they made many promises that they later changed their minds on...Littleton-Mercedes-Benz know NOTHING about customer service except to take the money and screw you! I later found ou by the Atty. Generals office of Colo that they are investigating this dealership for FRAUD! Stay away from this terrible dealership!!! We can only hope that they do go out of business, close down and everyone of these ass-holes are unemployed....yes! we can only hope!

Best customer service experience. I have three high end vehicles one of which is a Mercedes, I have serviced at other dealers and have never encountered another dealership with as much pride and customer service as Mercedes Benz of Littleton. They are always willing to help with anything that I need, weather its picking up my vehicle from my home (or office!!) or if it’s just to answer a question. Their service staff is beyond friendly. I love that fact that they will service my other vehicle as well as my Mercedes if I needed them to. They always go above and beyond for me and everyone else I have spoken to that services there, they are wonderful and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!One happy customer! 

Felt like I was buying a Honda, not buying from a Mercedes Dealsership, pushy salesman. The experience was toally opposite of buying a car from Ralph Schomp BMW who are 5 star all the way. Was not shown anything on the car I bought, had to read the manual and learn on my own, they cared more about the sale not the customer. Won't be going back, sorry to sayNo follow up to me about my satisfaction of the car.
