Nice prompt and clean and friendly!

I completely agree with the last review. I have just has a similar experience with this company. I gave them a call in the morning to ask if it is possible to reserve a cab at 11pm at the train station. I was told to call back 30-40min ahead. I called them 45 min before my train arrived and was told the cab will be there at 10:45pm. However, When I arrived at the train station, no cab waiting at all. I called the number again and was told the driver was running late. That was 11pm at night, everyone left the train station, I was the only person (woman) left in the dark station without a ride. It was quite scary. I called the number again but nobody answered anymore. I waited for over 15min, finally a cab showed up. I learned from the driver that he was just called in by the dispatcher, no reservation ever be done. Later I foud out that this company often use their own young family members as their dispatcher. They are not responsible, often lied to customers, but never been disciplined. So I recommend that people do not use this company ever, especially you need the service at night. Most likely you will be screwed and place your life at risk.

Was not on time told us the cab would be 15 to 20 min.my girl waited 45 min.an still no cab.so I called again said theyed be right there any min.my girl called again .I called again .so they stoped answering the my phone calls or my girls.my girl ended up walking home.at two in the morning.crying an still hasnt made it home yet. Can never understand the person that answers the phone.... rude drivers..... no seatbelts in some cabs & never arrive in the time u were told...unless u call hours in advance.... but there's no other choice in hanford... oh I forgot to mention the upkeep of their vehicles are poor

driver was very friendly. rate very reasonable. will always call the company when in hanford/lemoore area.
