Very rude and dry. Not a good place for children to be taken care of the staff impqtient with a crying child . Didn't let the medication work before they just took him out of my arms screaming and crying to take him to the back . We waited 2 hours in the waiting area and an hour in the pre op area . Nurses and staff saw me trying to figure out where the door was to come.to the waiting area didn't offer assistance . And when I finally asked one guy said follow the arrows .. I was upset and not thinking right they could have showed me the way instead of pointing and walking off. I'll never ever use this place again. The only reason I gave it a one start was to write this view
