    Speedy service

    Our refrigerator stopped cooling this weekend. The freezer seemed cold, but it wasn't making ice. My fridge is a Maytag and I called to see if Mel could come check it out. He had me call his son Matt, and he was out within 3 hours. He replaced the adaptive defrost control in no time.I'm so thankful for speedy service.

    Knowledgeable & Friendly service at a fair price

    Mel is an older guy with lots of experience. He's now mentoring his son in the trade - Matt, aka Appliance Tec. Matt's been in the business for 5 years or so, and clearly knew what he was doing. He spotted the problem with my dishwasher quickly and even fixed a problem with the water intake line I didn't know I had. Friendly service and good advice on getting the most from my appliances. I highly recommend them both.

    I LIKE GOOD Reviews

    I talked to Mel on the phone. He listened to what I had to say about my problem and gave me a couple of possibilities and an estimate for each. He said he could be there in about an hour. I'm sorry to say I did not check the clock but he was here before I knew it. The problem turned out to be the heating element, which he showed me and the price was spot on his estimate.MY WIFE WAS HAPPY TOO!!He doesn't take credit cards. We were lucky in that I had cash enough to cover it. I rate this one a "5 Star"......Butch
