Went in to have my wheel bearing replaced. I was in and out in an hour, and spent less than $200 since I brought my own part, which was a nice because Ted Wiens said it would be $500 and it took them three hours to tell me what was wrong. Great Customer service and mechanics are really good at what they do. I highly recommend them.

They're so awesome here! From the moment I called and spoke to Robert they've been so helpful with ensuring my car received proper service without the BS. I have lived in Las Vegas for 20 years and have heard horror stories of auto shops. I've been to a few and the stories proved true in a couple cases, so you can imagine how cautious I was in choosing a shop the next time around. I asked my insurance provider to provide a tow truck for me that would drive a little further out to Meineke which was the 3rd closest location and I'm so glad I did. When it came time to pick up my car after the repair, I had no way to get to the shop. I've never ridden a bus and I asked them about how the routes worked. They immediately offered to pick me up in my car and test drive it with me back to the shop. In my opinion, that's great service. I definitely recommend Meineke to my friends and family, the Blue Diamond shop in particular.
