Mrs. Daigle is an Incompetent Attorney by Bar Complaint - 09/01/2009I hired Mrs. Daigle when my son was molested and tried to get custody. In the beginning, the court was so outraged that I gained custody of my son. After that hearing Mrs. Daigle became too comfortable and she told me "I am more confidant this time than any time before." Little did I know, she had not prepared. She thought the judge would skip the hearing that was set for that day. Since she presented no evidence and did not know what to do I lost my son. She is incompetent, unprofessional and unethical. Also, after firing her she sent me a bill for $80 - for the time it took to tell her she was fired. She is a horrible attorney and does not know how to practice law. She found out that I was emotional and had money and she charged $200 /hr. This is far more than she should have charged given her experience. After talking to other attorneys, they said that was unreasonable and she was just taking advantage of a paying client. Do not use Meghan Daigle, she is not a good attorney!!!
