Welcome to the business profile Megan Smith, Megan is traveling all over the Central Florida region teaching numerous Pony Clubbers, trainers, and 4-Her's the art of dressage.


By focusing on building harmony and balance between horse and rider, it is possible for you and your horse to have fun while advancing. Learn how to devise a game plan that is realistic for you and your horse. Its not as complicated as it may seem! Megan focuses on:

Exposing the values and rewards of time spent - slow and steady development always works. There are no shortcuts (no matter how great it sounds!)
Emphasis on the importance of young rider development - riding can be correct and fun!
Learning how to maximize each horses potential while building a solid foundation of understanding for yourself
Learning how to break down barriers by understanding and respecting the horses psyche
Understanding that no two horses, nor two riders are the same - the key is in building the confidence of both.

Lessons are offered in dressage, hunters, jumpers with an emphasis on dressage. Bring your own horse to Hide Away Acres, ride one of our lesson horses, or I can travel to you. All ages and level of riding are welcome!


- $40.00 for 45 min. private lesson

- $10.00 discount on lessons for Pony Club, 4-H, or UCF Equestrian team members

- $600/month Training

- 10% commission on sale or purchase of horse.
