POOR QUALITY CARE FROM STAFF THAT COULD CARE LESS

Horrible care. When I called to schedule my spouse for an appointment after being admitted to the hospital for 6 weeks and the office never setting up a follow up evaluation, I called and spoke with Tonya (Dr. Steinseik's assistance) and I told her that this is not exceptable to be scheduled out 3 months when he has not been called back after blood work. I explained that pushing out established patient for 3 months is not right amd that I will need to find another doctor because they dont care what happens to my husband. Her response was "well that's okay" and my response was "No, Tonya, that is not okay and to have an attitude like that representing Dr. Steinseik is unprofessional and I will write her a letter." Her response was she will have Dr Steinseik releasing my husband from her care. This poor quality of a careless attitude is the representation of Medford Medical Clinic. I received the letter from Tonya with an electronic signature from Dr. Steinseik and my next letter will be to her personally. I love their newest commercial how they say that they are bringning great care to Medford, WHAT A JOKE!!! Beware of their easy signup well take you in.....but the only way to get out is by a staff that is poor in etiquette, shameful unprofessional no care attitudes, and all because no one calls us back with test results when my husband's health warranted some help

What a joke. Not one person at the front desk knows what they are doing. Don't ever call, you will be put on hold for at least 30-40+ min or disconnected. When a Doctor says to see him in a few days or a week they schedule you for 5-8 weeks out, if they do schedule within a week you get a call back being told someone stole your apt! now you have to WAIT for a couple of months to get back in. I have a feeling the Doctors have no say so in patient care, only the phone staff. Impossible to speak with a live person in the Lab. for results, only a recorded mess to Wait till someone calls you .... the call never comes, no one can be bothered. One of the schedulers told me they only accept NEW patients to see Doctors. No more MMC for me, I will find real Doctors who have control over who they see and not some kid on the switch board.
Pleasant, Professional, Quick, Reasonably Priced

I have had to take each of my 2 young children into this clinic on different occasions for immediate care. Having just moved into the area when my son needed help, I tried another clinic in the area first and was asked pretty rudely if I was sure I could pay the $200 or more it would cost if they did NOTHING...this was just to see my son, anything else would cost much more, they assured me. I left. I went to Medford Medical and they were very polite, explained the cost clearly and asked me to wait. I was surprised how quickly we got in, saw a very competent dr. and headed out to pick up prescriptions. She told me exactly what to do and when, if I did not see improvement, something a mother really likes to know! Yesterday, we had to take our daughter in and the care was just as pleasant. I feel really good about taking my family here.

I can only say that I utterly detest this group. They will do anything/everything to get you to come in so they can charge for an office visit, and god forbid you actually need a medication refilled in a timely manner; they will leave you on hold for half an hour, say they are taking care of it and then don t. Even after the pharmacy contacts them, they will still ignore you for days. Deplorable customer service and you will feel nickel and dimed anytime you have to deal with them.

I called in trying to make an appointment as a new patient, but Nancy who worked there was very rude to me. I had to asked her a couple of question and she treated me like I was some one who's taking up her valuble time and she was talking down on me. What can I do, I was trying to understand what document they need to sign me in, was it wrong to ask her to repeat what she said? I was very sad that a person like that is working at the medical place. And when I told her I will be talking to the HR about this she hung up on me!

We have found Medford Medical Clinic excellent in all matters; Doctors, scheduling, billing, labwork. They have a good selection of doctors to choose from. Dr Jean is the best and her aid Nichole is too.
Poor Customer Service

I have found the clinic itself to be poor in patient attention. I regularly end up going into the office and insisting on waiting for someone to address the need I have. Some of the doctors are great, but the office is setup poorly. I feel that it takes an act of congress to get anything done in a timely manner, be it prescription refills or clarification on what the doctor has actually ordered. I tell everyone I talk to to stay away from the clinic if at all possible.
