Litigation valuation in real estate law, as advisor and expert witness, and independent appraisal review, are provided to the legal sector, private property owner, as well as governmental entities; with expert testimony in many courts and trials throughout the Federal and District courts system, and into the Iowa Supreme Court. Vast property types and property rights have been appraised in full and partial interest. Assist and advise clients, as to the proper valuation, appraisal methodologies, damages, and/or compensation awards and theories used for the proper property rights and related interests involved in eminent domain and condemnation procedures for calculating the proper monetary award in partial property takings and total property acquisitions.
