McNeil Group Structural, acting as prime or a consultant to other design team members, can provide design services for structures involving low to mid-rise commercial, institutional, medical, residential and governmental buildings.

We aslo specialize in Land Surveying with its dedicated and qualified staff of 6 Professional Land Surveyors and 5 active surveying crews and a skilled Technical Support staff, all which use the latest state-of-the-art and leading edge equipment. In order meet the demands of each specific project and to ensure the accuracy, efficiency and quicker project completion times, each survey crew is equipped with GPS Systems and fully robotic and prism-less laser total stations to achieve the client’s desired results. With multiple offices in the State of Utah, we offer the benefit of a quick response for time critical projects.

The McNeil Group delivers technical expertise and experience in diverse practice areas to improve the overall delivery process. In addition to design services, we offer construction administration services to include project management, construction observation, invoice review and recommendations, quality control and quality assurance monitoring, project scheduling, and preparation of as-built plans.
