The salesman was very nice, helpful, and knowlegeable which is expected. However, after giving them my money, I am still waiting for my range I purchased several days ago. They referred me to a private contractor to install my range and I have still not been able to make contact with him. The contractor called me a couple of times so late in the night (after I had went to bed) and I never spoke to him. I have been doing business with this company for several years now, but this is the last time! They are very eager to take you money, but when it came time to give you the product your purchased - where is it? Bottom Line: I will never do business with McKinney's Appliance again!!

After Sears delivered a defective washer/dryer, McKinney's delivered a washer/dryer promptly, set it up, tested it, and were out the door. They were knowledgeable and polite.

The only place to buy in Olympia. They were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The tested the washer/dryer before they left.

Delivered defective washing machine and refused to replace with new one preferring to pick up defective product and give me a refund. I've never experienced a merchant refuse to replace a defective product. Test of a company's service is when things go wrong. Big fail here.

I LOVED getting mine new rifridgerator from Mckiineys appliance! The workers are very very very kind and i loved that they could help me!! i am about to go get my microwave!!
