The BEST vet and staff - great facility too!

by Daisy and Zoe's Mom , 06/16/2009

Dr. Casey is the BEST! I, and more importantly my pets love her and the entire staff. I trust her with my much loved pets health and know that they are in knowledgable and wonderful hands. Dr. Casey is up to date with advancing technology which is great and her facility is gorgeous and easier to find than I first thought. Take your pets to Dr. Caroline Magargle for the BEST veterinarian care in the Valley!

Very Happy

This was my first visit to this facility, received a flyer in the mail and after extensive research and reading the reviews helped make my decision to change from Banfield (which I was no longer impressed with since their compassion factor went out the door after my last vsit). My Chihuahua is 4 years old and has reactions to vacinations, letting the doctor know ahead of time and her understanding helped lot. When we walked in and was greeted with kindness and caring I knew that my lilttle Chihuahua was going to have a good experience. Even though we were impressed with the office, staff and kindness; the constant nagging about heartworm medication (which she is allergic to and told the technician this from the beginning) and being told that a benedryl shot would be at no charge, then being charged at the time of exit and told sorry there was a miss understanding; I will bring my Chihuahua back but will be a bit more leary about the "misunderstanding."
