I have good luck every time I take my vehicle in for service. I have tried a lot of other shops, they always disappoint me, and make me feel like I've been taken advantage of. McCoy has never made me feel that way. Always fix the problem, don't have those mysterious problems that appear after I leave their shop, their prices are pretty good too. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Too slow to do anything

Best tire shop in New Castle. They won't take advantage of women customers who don't know exactly know things about tires and such. They are honest. Best prices too. Big selection.

McCoy Tires is the best repair shop in town. They don't overcharge or try to take advantage of you, explain everything in detail, and they do great work.

Highly recommended.It is hard to find a shop where you do not feel like you are being taken advantage of, but McCoy tire is just that. I have had them tell me I did not need things to be fixed where a less honest shop would have taken the money and ran. I moved out of town, but I still travel into New Castle to get my car fixed.

Excellent service and price. None of the extras you don't need or did not request.
