Charged us extra for their mistake

McBride looked at the job, gave us a quote, and we agreed to that price. After the job was done, they added more money to the bill (50%!!) for something they "forgot" to quote up front. No negotiation, No discount for the "extra" work. Not happy.

These folks came quickly when I had a hot water heater go out and I was very grateful. But when I asked them to do some simple additional work (which, of course I expected to pay for) they did but did not have the parts for a leak. Then they said they fixed a toilet but when it continued with the same problem for the following week and I called them back and they charged me AGAIN to come fix the same problem! Not good customer service on the repairman's part, as he insisted on charging me again even though HE misdiagnosed the problem the first time!
