The workers they sent out were polite and seemed knowledgeable, but they left finger prints everywhere. It seemed like there hands had been dipped in oil. I was dead set against calling them until I exhausted every cleaning solution we had in the office. I was at my wits end, so I called for advice on what kind of solvent was needed, I was routed to supervisor Trey's VM and never heard back. Tried two more times, same thing, NO RESPONSE!!!!!!

Get a Written Estimate on Cost before Using this Company by Goldenfran - 12/22/2008
I contacted McBride Electric to install one cable outlet inside my home. I was told their hourly rate and their half hour rate by their phone center which, I later found out, is not located locally. I was told that someone would call back to tell me when I had an appt. After hearing nothing for 3 days, I called back and was told that I had an appt. for the day I requested. On the day of service, the electrician was 1 1/2 hours late with no phone call. I had to call the phone center who informed me that he would be late because of an emergency call. I was supposed to be the first appt. of the day. The electrician who came to the house had to leave 2 times to go to a hardware store to buy the parts needed for the job. I had told McBride what type of work was needed when I scheduled them. I was charged over $490 to install one cable outlet. We are trying to get a refund of some of the charge but our calls are not being returned despite a promise to refund some of the money.
