5 Best Help I Could Hope For by gabbytabby - 10/17/2011

I decided to go to Mayo Clinic after being diagnosed with a life changing illness. The doctors there have spent more time with me than any other doctor I've ever gone to. They technicians are wonderful and the staff at both locations are great to me.

2 mayo clinic ER very poor care discrimiates against people who are sick and also have other problems by mcrowley - 03/12/2011

we have taken our daughter to the mayo cinic on a varience from our INS. she has been very sick and has gone through multiple surgeries and has severe migraines which cause seizures, hse has been falsley accused of having 2 Dr.'s for meds, this is entirely false, therefore she hasn;t received medical care, she is severe pain radiating to neck and back, (not meningitis we were told) she had a spinal tap and is now in extreme pain from it she can't sit or stand, she need of a medical Dr. immediately but because a very rude and nasty DO she won't get it. she had blood drawn and he threw it away would not speak to her except to say she was discharged we are desperate, we need to get medical for her please help if you can we will be greatful to you. thankyou Sincerely Mary Ann Crowley

1 needle biopsy by jchuchna - 12/25/2010

I a needle biopsy is on your list plan on a not so private procedure, you will be asked to remove your clothing, put on two gowns them go back to the waiting room in a hall way, and sit and wait, now you might not have any place to sit so you may have to stand until your name is called. Since it is such a small area, what the workers discuss with you may be heard by anyone within ear shot. I guess this is considered okay for Mayo, because you are worried and willing to do anything for an answer
