We, at Mayday Laundromat, appreciate our customer base and do our best to provide an outstanding environment and service to our customers by providing a facility that is clean, cost efficient and a finished product above and beyond the competition. We have policies in place that unfortuantely do not make everyone happy, but are applied considistently to all. These policies have been developed for specific reasons or in response to certain circumstances. We are open until 10pm to allow those that arrive at 8:30pm the time they need to complete their laundry needs and finish in time for closing. It is clearly stated "Last Load at 8:30 p.m." This has been a policy in place since we opened in 2005. You indicate there was someone in the laundromat doing laundry - which may be true, but I can assure you they arrived prior to 8:30pm and were likely almost finished - ready to leave. I apologize that you feel this is considered poor customer service. We will certainly welcome you and appreciate your business during our scheduled operating hours - and in turn will continue to do our best to provide a family friendly, clean, cost efficient laundromat for your use.

Poor Customer Service.



I tried to call ahead to ask about the hours, but the attendant did not answer the phone.



I arrived at 9 PM and asked to use only a washer load which takes about 25 mins and was told, No.



The door says open till 10 PM, but don't show up after 8:30 PM. You will not be allowed to use a washer.



There was another person in the laundromat doing laundry.



Very disappointed.
