Customer Service was not the best. We spoke to Jen when we came in. She wanted to keep us from visiting the other mattress firm store next door but we insisted because we wanted to see the difference in customer service. We are happy that we did.

For instance at one point at was telling my daughter that this would be her chance to lay down on as many beds as she wanted to. Jen corrected me and told me NO, that she would only be allow to lay down on the beds coded with a particular color. I did not want to purchase anything from her after that.
