This company & its affiliate distributor (D&S Supply) does not deserve any stars. In August 2016 we installed a new water filtration system. The chlorine system of our existing system was not working properly so we had to manually drop chlorine tablets into the well. Mike, who apparently doesn't work with either company anymore, told us it would be more cost effective and cheaper to replace the entire system then to repair what was not working correctly and recommended the new system for us. During the installation we questioned Mike about the size of the tank as it was half the size of our existing one. We were going down from four massive size tanks to two very small ones. He told us we were getting an upgraded and better system. The new system they were installing, even though the size was smaller, would do what are four tank system currently did with more efficiency. He also told us with this new system we should NOT PUT CHLORINE in our well! We just bought this house last year (my husband's childhood home) so I believe what this so-called expert said not knowing much about well water and filtration systems. Within a week of the new system being installed my young children (10 & 7) and the rest of my family began breaking out in a severe hives rash. I contacted everyone I know who could figure it out. DNS would not even return our calls at first. Everyone was saying our system was working correctly. They actually said that my family should not use so much soap when showering. A water sample was taken to the state lab in which it reported that high levels of bacterial toxin were in my water. The system that Mike had recommended for my home and that was supposed to be better than our old one did not even have a filtration system hooked up to it, just a softener and ph neutralizer! Bacteria have been pouring into my house for over 3 months before it could even be fixed with my family and my young children drinking and showering in it! DNS & Master water did not care that my children were covered in severe rashes from their heads to their toes. Once confronted with the test results they came out and installed a UV light system. The bacteria has cleared up but unfortunately we are still breaking out with water blisters all over our hands and feet. DNS is trying to tell me this is not their fault. They had their installers put in 2 additional tanks and told me Jay from Master Water would come out and confirm the system was installed & running correctly. That was in January and still master water has not come out. I had a separate licensed well company come look at the system and they said it is installed backwards!!! We are not able to change anything as we do not know how to use the system and touching it will void our warranty with master supply and then DNS will not be legally responsible for anything. My emails and phone calls to Master water & D&S Supply go unanswered. You would think after knowing how they made my family sick because of their employees incompetence and negligence they would be a little bit more concerned. This company is full of dishonest people. They will take thousands and thousands of dollars from you and install defective systems in the minimum amount they absolutely need & constantly lie to your face! Stay clear from them, as I will be contacting the EPA, CDC and the Attorney General along with anyone else I need to get help.
