Above and Beyond Customer Service by westwindsraider - 04/13/2009I had Master Rooter out because of what turned out to be a clogged septic tank outlet pipe. I thought "HOLY CRAP", here comes a new drain field. Nope! The technician came out and asked me to get in the outlet cutout, spray a high pressure line into the outlet pipe and, sure enough, the clog was blown out. I then put in some caustic soda and the field is still going strong. Because I did it and the technician didn't even have to get dirty I had only a very small servcie charge and learned something bvery valuable.Thanks, Master Rooter for not going on a "mining expedition" in my wallet. I could just as easily have been convinced that I needed a new drain field. Your integrity is much appreciated.Kent Goldthorpe,Meridian, Idaho
