Great movers with hustle by happy mover - 09/04/2009We used these movers August 2009 and they did a great job. Both houses had stairs and the guys hustled the whole time. They moved our entire house and drive time from Vancouver to Gresham in 5 hours. They were very professional, courteous and friendly.
Best Move Ever!! by Simply amazed - 06/29/2009This was the best expierence ever. They were on time, fast, careful, and curtious. Office keep in touch with us the day before to confirm packing needed. Crew rocked, nothing was damaged and my end bill was low for proffesional movers. I recommend these guys to anyone moving!!!
These guys rocked and no damage !! by Very Happy - 05/04/2009I moved out of a three story townhouse with tons of stairs. These guys hussled the whole time without any damage! Their quick, efficeint, and polite. Overall I didn't spend a ton of money and I couldn't ask for a better expierence. I do recommend these people to everyone I know.
Much Less Than Impressed by oregonrocks! - 02/23/2009We utilized Master Movers for a local move in the PDX area in Feb.
Dispatch did not do a review of our items prior to the move, so the time needed was WAY underestimated (budgeted for 5 hours and it took 9!). We were not informed of the overtime rate in advance. The movers were friendly, but slow for professional movers. They did not put down any floor protection nor anything over the bannisters to protect them. They broke one furniture item, which was pressboard, and even though they fully admitted that they "had an accident" with it (put something on top of it that broke it), it was excluded from their insurance policy due to the type of furniture it was, and the item was beyond repair, so we're out that item.
We gave the owner our feedback and requested some sort of credit due to our dissatisfaction and their lack of planning and slow pace. He said they don't give refunds, and he was unwilling to work anything out with us. Overall, not the best moving experience.
