I had a membership several years ago. Then lost my job and the cancellation process was easy and the staff did not make me feel uncomfortable. My daughter gifted a massage to me this week and I had Erin for a therapist! She is AWESOME!! I have never had a better massage and I have been to a lot of therapists in the past. She was professional yet friendly. The soreness is gone, no residue pain from the massage (she did work on deep tissue), and I feel great. I have had back surgery and I have arthritis and I have not felt this good in a very long time. If I can figure out a way to include the membership in our budget I will be a regular customer. Thank you Erin you are the BEST!!!
Big Turn Off

I received a gift card. I called for an appointment. I was shocked that they required that I give them a credit card number to make an appointment. With all the credit card fraud these days, I think I will pass. I don't know of any other business thAt requires a credit card when making an appointment.

I had a feeling when I booked my appointment that it was not going to go well when I had to repeat an 8 digit number FIVE times before the girl answering the phone could get it right. I get there 15 minutes early (as required) and filled out a 2 page questionaire (they really need that much info to give me a massage?). Waited about 10 mins and then a MALE therapist came out - I had specifically requested a female!! They said they didn't have a female available but if I wanted to come back in 2 hours I could get a female therapist. I had planned my entire day around my appointment and was so pissed off I just left! Another thing that was annoying is they have a large sign with "suggested" tipping amount of $12-$22 which is 24%-45% on a $49 massage!! They also ask you if you want to tip before you even get the massage - yea I really want to tip for a service I haven't experienced!!

Had a 1yr membership that I used frequently, but when I couldn't book appointments with preffered masseuse I called to cancel. Person on phone (manager) said all taken care of...2 months later I got a collection notice for them..called and was told there was no record of me canceling and I would have to continue for another year..after several calls and $400 to buy out remainder of contract I'm finally free!

for having such a good massage clinic in Thornton. I have been goign to massage envy for a year, and it has helped me so much. Thank you for everything. My back is so much better than it used to be : )

My regular therapist wasn't available so I came here and just expected an okay massage but it was awesome. I have found 2 therapists here that I love and now come regularly.

Some mountain spas charge over $100 for a 1 hour session. I can't believe I get a better massage at Massage Envy for less than half that price. It's incredible!

Great massage. I am a regular here and they have a great group of massage therapists. Each time I have been here, and I go at least once a month, I have had a great massage. The manager there (Marie) is very nice, and this is a well run business. I recommend this place.
