I am very displeased with this Massage Envy location. First they scammed me into signing up for the 12 month membership, and wouldn't let me cancel my account seamlessly. I moved from this location shortly after signing up for this membership. I have visitied locations all around Atlanta, GA and have had spectacular customer service. Now at the end of my services here I have to contact the original location in order to cancel my account.

When calling to cancel my account I had to leave message with an employee and wait for a manager to call back to discuss terms and condidtions of my cancellation (a 5 day process). Then they had to send a form via email. The form was stuck in my spam and they had to send it more than once (another 6 day process). Then I couldn't open the file (it was locked and I had to call and ask for permission to even open the attachment). Then once it was open I couldn't print it out or save it. So, I called the location for the forth time and was told that they could do a verbal confirmation if this next email attempt didn't work. I confessed that I didn't want to have to jump through any more hoops and the manager - JESSICA - hung up on me. When I called back she confirmed that she hung up on me and was insistantly rude. There was complete lack of concern that I was at work and trying my best to fill out this form. The manager accused me of inaccurately processing the email, thus being the reason that I couldn't open the file.

I will NEVER go back to this massage envy, or any massage envy for that matter. The only reason I went to others was because I was screwed into signing up for this membership (at that location). Half of the massages were horrible any way. The only way to enjoy this memberhsip is if you find your favorite massuse and go to only them!!!!



They only get one star from me because I had to click at LEAST one to process this review.

My husband and I both have been for several massages and they were great experiences. Beautiful surroundings and great relaxing massages. We will continue to come back.

Excellent, professional massage for a good price. Most massages cost $75 or more and even if you are not a member is it just $65. Convenient hours and relaxing atmosphere.

This has to be one of the worst businesses I have ever encountered. First, while they say that it's an hour massage, you're really only getting about 45 minutes if you're lucky. Massages typically start an average of 15 minutes late and end about 15 minutes early. I repeatedly alerted management about this problem with no solution or consession provided. I was then suckered into becoming a "member" which was another horrible service! The management has no idea how to treat the customer and no clue how to handle customer service issues. Depending on the day you call the information you get changes. Then, when you want to cancel due to crappy service, you have to pay them even more! Horrible business that's not even approved by the Better Business Bureau! STAY AWAY!!!!
