They will take your money and run!

We had been customers since 2007 with Massage Envy. When we ended our contract we had 30 days to use up the prepaid credits on our account ($250 worth). Our work suddenly took us out of the country and we missed the deadline by 9 days. They would not extend any grace to us and were MORE than happy to take our money and NOT provide the service. These guys are unprofessional crooks.
Extremely poor customer service

There has not been a single time that I have gone into Massage Envy and have not been disappointed with their customer service. They are rude, unprofessional and disorganized. A friend of mine and I had scheduled hot stone treatments for the same time. I was called first and she had to wait 30 minutes. Every time she asked the front desk when she might be going back, they told her to just be patient. When I got out of my massage, I too had to wait 30 minutes for her massage to finish. No one told me anything and when I asked about it, the front desk lied about the amount of time. When I asked again, they pretty much told me to just be patient as well. Not a single apology! I will be cancelling my membership as soon as I can.
Unprofessional massage therapist!

I was scheduled for my first massage at Massage Envy and while waiting for 20 minutes, I was called to the front and told to leave because my scheduled massage therapist Alysa called in sick. Thanks Massage Envy for ruining my first experience! Your unprofessionalism for not having back-ups and early notification of sick times was very disappointing! Unbelievable!

I have been going to this same place for almost 2 years now.. It is fantastic when I can get the massuses I prefer, but I have to plan a few weeks ahead every time for that (which is annoying because i dont know when im going to wake up with back pain).. It is hit or miss if I just pick a random massuse that day because my back hurts and needs to get in..

Very dissapointed by how nasty the front Secretary Alise was when trying to cancel my Massage Envy contract. Always enjoyed massages by Timothy there - he's phenomenal. However, it was completely inappropriate to be rude, curt, with a smug satisfaction about their cancelation policy that you must handwrite a notice a month in advance or else they draft another fee from your account. Really Alise get it together!

my daughter bought me an hour massage and included a $16.00 gratuity in the gift certificate. I went in for the massage and handed them the certificate and was told there was a $14.00 balance! Caroline, Front Desk Technician was very snotty and unprofessional in her conduct and voice tones. I disagree with the alleged policy that the gift certificate of $55 was not for a massage but for credit toward one. Their website even states the massage is $39. What a waste of an hour and a thoughtful gift, destroyed by the deceptive practice and uncaring employee. I'd never go back! A very disappointing experience.
