Worst experience I have ever had!!! by Lane - 05/12/2008
Save yourself some hassle and do not order from this company. I live in Utah and ordered flowers for my mom, who lives in Thatcher, AZ, for Mother's Day. At 4 pm on Mother's Day, I called to see when the flowers were going to be delivered and was told by the girl working that she would call me back when she found out. By 8 pm, there were still no flowers and no phone call. I called the store again and was told that my order had been canceled and that they had called my Mother's house and left a message saying that they couldn't deliver the flowers. I called my Dad who checked the caller ID and voicemail, there was no call and no message. Even if they had left a message, they should be calling me, not my Mom. I talked to the manager of the store the following day and was told there was nothing that could be done, they canceled my order and were now out of flowers anyway. So their mistake and my Mom gets no flowers for Mother's Day and they are not willing to do anything about it.

I placed my order on line 3 days in advance. I recieved the comfirmation emails that the order was placed. I called my family on saturday as they were suppose to recieve the flowers on Friday and I was suprised to hear they didn't get them yet. I called the shop and they informed me that they cancelled the order and didn't bother to tell me and now it was the day before mothers day and most the florist were either out of flowers or not delivering anymore that weekend. I called Robyns Nest. They were wonderful and helped me out.
