Last Saturday, my wife and I ended up buying a Toyota Sienna from Marion Toyota. Sales representative Steve Lively walked us through the process and made us feel completely at ease. We never once felt pressured to make a purchase, and he was patient as we asked him a ton of questions. He was upfront with us about all the fees involved in the purchase, so we always knew the true amount of the Toyota before starting any paperwork. Steve was also great with our two toddlers, and he made them feel special by involving them in putting the license plates on the minivan. Steve is a great salesman and I recommend him to anyone interested in buying from Marion Toyota!

I bought a new car there and took it in for service while still under warranty and they said there was nothing wrong with it. I had to take it to a mechanic to have it fixed. Will not buy another car from there.

I have rented twice from them and the experiences both times were top-notch. I've rented from other places in the area as well and Marion Toyota far surpasses the competition! The staff is very friendly and helpful and they make the process as smooth as possible. They are very accommodating to make the transaction work for you with your vacation schedule or whatever you are needed the car for. The cars are very clean and in excellent shape when they give them to you. I honestly cannot think of one thing that I would say is a negative. Oh, and the prices are good too.
